What is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Around your wrist, there is a ligament called the transverse carpal ligament that helps contain all the tendons and the nerve that pass through the tunnel. However, sometimes this tunnel can become smaller, compressing the nerve and causing carpal tunnel symptoms.
